Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AZET AI API at api.azet.io (the "Service"), operated by AZET LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, 6545 Market Ave N Ste 100, Canton, OH 44721, USA ("we"). By creating a key or buying credit you accept them.

1. The Service

We give you access to third-party AI models through one API. Models are supplied by providers that authorized us in writing to resell access. We may add, change or remove models and prices when our suppliers do; the price shown at the time of a request applies.

2. Your key and credit

You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and for all usage made with it. Credit is prepaid in USD and used per token as shown in the price list. Credit does not expire while the Service operates.

3. Refunds

Unused credit can be refunded in full, including the payment fee, within 7 days of purchase. After that, unused credit is refunded on request if we discontinue the Service or a model you depend on without a comparable replacement. Credit already consumed is not refundable. Write to hello@azet.io from the email used at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You may build products for your own users on top of the Service. You may not: (a) resell, sublicense or offer raw API access or keys to third parties as a competing API service; (b) use the Service for unlawful content, malware, spam, or to violate others' rights; (c) present AI output as human-written where the law of your users requires disclosure — label it as AI-generated; (d) try to extract model weights or bypass our limits; (e) use outputs to develop models that compete with the supplying model where that model's license forbids it.

5. Your content

Prompts and outputs are yours. We do not use them to train models. We keep request metadata (time, model, token counts, cost) for billing and do not store prompt or output text. Requests are processed by our model suppliers to produce the response.

6. Suspension

We may suspend a key that breaks §4 or puts the Service at risk. Unused credit on a key suspended for breach of §4 may be withheld to cover damages, as allowed by law.

7. No warranty, liability

AI output can be wrong; check it before relying on it. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here at least 7 days before a change that reduces your rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Contact: hello@azet.io.

이 약관은 AZET LLC(미국 오하이오주 유한책임회사, 6545 Market Ave N Ste 100, Canton, OH 44721, USA, 이하 "회사")가 운영하는 AZET AI API(api.azet.io, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건이다. 키를 만들거나 크레딧을 구매하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 본다.

1. 서비스

회사는 여러 AI 모델을 하나의 API로 제공한다. 모델은 회사에 재판매를 서면으로 허락한 공급처가 공급한다. 공급처 사정에 따라 모델·가격이 추가·변경·중단될 수 있으며, 요청 시점에 표시된 가격을 적용한다.

2. 키와 크레딧

API 키 관리와 그 키로 발생한 사용량은 이용자 책임이다. 크레딧은 미국 달러 선불이며 가격표대로 토큰 단위로 차감된다. 서비스가 운영되는 동안 크레딧은 소멸하지 않는다.

3. 환불

쓰지 않은 크레딧은 구매일로부터 7일 안에 전액 환불한다. 그 뒤에도 회사가 서비스나 이용자가 쓰던 모델을 대체 없이 중단하면 남은 크레딧을 요청에 따라 환불한다. 이미 사용한 크레딧은 환불하지 않는다. 결제에 쓴 이메일로 hello@azet.io 에 요청한다.

4. 이용 제한

서비스 위에 자기 제품을 만들어 고객에게 제공할 수 있다. 다만 (가) API 접근이나 키 자체를 제3자에게 재판매·재허락하여 경쟁 API 서비스로 제공하는 것, (나) 불법 콘텐츠·악성코드·스팸·타인 권리 침해, (다) 이용자 국가의 법이 표시를 요구하는데 AI 생성물을 사람이 쓴 것처럼 내놓는 것 — AI 생성물임을 표시해야 한다, (라) 모델 가중치 추출·제한 우회, (마) 해당 모델 라이선스가 금지하는 경쟁 모델 개발에 출력을 쓰는 것은 금지한다.

5. 이용자 콘텐츠

입력과 출력의 권리는 이용자에게 있다. 회사는 이를 모델 학습에 쓰지 않으며, 과금을 위해 요청 시각·모델·토큰 수·금액만 보관하고 입력·출력 본문은 저장하지 않는다. 응답 생성을 위해 요청은 모델 공급처에서 처리된다.

6. 이용 정지

4항을 어기거나 서비스에 위험을 주는 키는 정지할 수 있다. 4항 위반으로 정지된 키의 남은 크레딧은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 손해 배상에 충당할 수 있다.

7. 보증·책임

AI 출력은 틀릴 수 있으니 확인 후 사용한다. 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임 총액은 청구 전 3개월 동안 이용자가 지급한 금액으로 한정한다. 이용자 국가의 소비자 보호법이 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않는다.

8. 변경·준거법

이용자 권리를 줄이는 변경은 시행 7일 전까지 이 페이지에 공지한다. 준거법은 미국 오하이오주 법으로 하되, 이용자 거주 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 그대로 적용된다. 문의: hello@azet.io
